The general method of shipment for each item is listed in the seller's catalog. However, the seller reserves the right, in its discretion, to determine the exact method of shipment. The seller reserves the right to make delivery in installments. (Example: you order 3 items and 1 is out of stock — the out-of-stock item will be shipped once back in stock.) Delay in delivery of any installment shall not relieve the buyer of the buyer's obligations to accept remaining deliveries.

All retail orders are prepaid at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay. Approved dealer accounts may select "Dealer Net Terms (7 Days — Weekly Billing)" at checkout and agree to pay within 7 days of the order date. The seller will never charge any additional fees to the buyer's payment method without the buyer's verbal or written permission. The buyer agrees, under no circumstances, to initiate a chargeback on a credit card payment and agrees to work directly with the seller to return items and receive a refund.

Any sales tax, use tax, excise tax, duty, customs fee, inspection or testing fee, or any other tax, fee, or charge imposed by any governmental authority on the transaction between seller and buyer shall be paid by the buyer in addition to the listed price. If the seller is required to collect or pay any such tax or fee, the buyer shall reimburse the seller or provide a valid exemption certificate or equivalent documentation at the time the order is placed.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change at any time. When you place an order, your payment method will be charged the amount stated on the website at the time of purchase. The seller will never charge any additional fees to the buyer's payment method without the buyer's verbal or written permission.

The seller warrants that its products shall conform to the description of such products as provided to the buyer through the seller's website. No other expressed or implied warranty is offered. The following will not be covered under any circumstances:

• Failure due to improper installation
• Failure due to not maintaining the correct type and levels of fluids and lubricants as specified by the manufacturer
• Failure due to improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, or modification of the product (please provide documentation)
• Failure due to any usage for which the manufacturer did not originally intend the product
• Failure due to collision, acts of nature, fire, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion, or similar events
• Failure due to not following the installation instructions provided
• Parts used in connection with racing purposes, off-road vehicles, and agricultural vehicles

The buyer agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the items purchased. The buyer is responsible for becoming knowledgeable about applicable laws and regulations.

Items may be returned for a refund only with prior approval from 50 Caliber Racing and must follow our return shipment instructions. To request a return, contact us at 1-702-889-1741 or through our Contact page.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in unused, original condition. Once a product has been installed, it is considered used and is not eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

50 Caliber Racing reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the conditions above.
